What We Do

Everything here is built on sourdough, simple ingredients, and the kind of time that lets flavor actually develop. Our breads take up to 52 hours from start to finish, and our cookies rest even longer — not because they have to, but because they’re better for it. We keep ingredients honest, processes intentional, and let each bake become what it’s meant to be.

  • Sourdough Breads

    These are slow on purpose. Every loaf takes almost three days from bowl to bake, built on a natural sourdough starter and made with simple ingredients that are actually worth tasting. Flour, water, salt — handled with care, given time, and baked when they’re ready.

    These are sweet the way mornings are meant to be — not dessert sweet, but breakfast sweet. Soft, plush, and made with sourdough and real, simple ingredients, each roll is generously filled and finished.  Rich without being heavy, indulgent without crossing the line — the kind of thing you want with coffee, not after dinner.
