Cookie Stacks

Three days to make a cookie sounds a little ridiculous, but it's what we're known for. Made with sourdough and given 72 hours to develop flavor, these cookies are rich, layered, and anything but ordinary. The flavors might sound familiar, but the cookies themselves are a different story—deeper, more complex, and worth every hour.
