Preorders open Saturday 1pm through Tuesday at 1pm (or until sold out), and everything is baked fresh for pickup the following Saturday in East Berlin, CT.

Sourdough Breads

These are slow on purpose. Every loaf takes almost three days from bowl to bake, built on a natural sourdough starter and made with simple ingredients that are actually worth tasting. Flour, water, salt — handled with care, given time, and baked when they’re ready.

Jumbo Sweet Rolls

These are sweet the way mornings are meant to be — not dessert sweet, but breakfast sweet. Cookie Stacks

What happens when a classic cookie gets a little dressed up. Made with sourdough and given 72 hours to develop flavor and character, they're rich, layered and in a league of their own. Each cookie is packed with generous mix-ins, built on standout ingredients, and finished with the kind of balance that feels perfectly elevated - indulgent, never overdone.
